I have lived in many states but cannot find a Chinese restaurant that tops this one. Not even the fine dining Chinese restaurants. The prices here are very reasonable. Whenever I come to Chicago, Hoe Toy is a place I always visit.

I wish Hoe Toy would open a restaurant in Arizona or share there recipes with a couple restaurants in AZ. I use to travel 35 minutes just to get Hoe Toy Chinese food, now I travel via air 4.5 hours for Hoe Toy. Always my first stop when I hit Chicago.
	Reviewed by : debteraser On: 2007-08-30 Hoy Toy is the Chinese restaurant I give the majority of my business too. I enjoy their food, the pleasent attitude, the service and the cost. I have never been disappointed whatever I have ordered and I have friends who come from other sides of the city just to get their meals there.I wish them the number one slot and continue the good work.
